History The Gondola Point Arterial was constructed in 1986. Guide Route 119 is a high-speed, mainly controlled-access connector road between Route 1 (the Mackay Highway) and the former village of Gondola Point, which was amalgamated into Quispamsis in 1998. At the end of Route 119 is the Gondola Point Ferry (to the Kingston Peninsula), one of several free cable-stayed ferries on the Saint John River system. Route 119 is one of only four signed highways in the province that is entirely within the border of one municipality (the others being Route 140, Route 170 and Route 776). Junction List
