Guide

The Bedford is a 4-lane high-speed route that bypasses the town of Bedford. Its main purpose is to connect Highway 101 and the Sackville area with Dartmouth. Maps occasionally show it as part of Highway 101, but the Nova Scotia Department of Transportation's recent planning documents refer to it instead as unsigned Route 33.
