David, Manhattan may be in the Topeka market true, but they also have a campus in Salina WHICH IS THE SECOND LARGEST CITY IN WICHITA’S DMA! Also, K-State is the dominant school in every part of the market save Wichita and to some extent Hutchinson (which has large numbers of both KU and K-State alums)

the ravens game in erie will draw more fans because you have a good number of Steelers and Browns fans who live there who would want to see their divisional foes game.
