UPDATES
St. Louis: NE-CHI to KC-SD

I think it stinks to have the game you are interested in and have been watching to have CBS Sports pull the plug on that game. They should not be so inconsiderate of those watching the game as advertised by CBS. If they wanted to air a different game it should have been from the start. What a shame, so inconsiderate of them. They will never catch up to Fox that way.
Indefensible. Unbelievable. What the HELL happened to the Patriots/Bears broadcast? Some rocket scientist at CBS Sports thought it was a good decision to cut away from an advertised broadcast one play into the third quarter of a game with playoff implications to join a different non-market team game already in progress just because there happened to be a high score differential in the advertised game?
I had a bar full of Patriots (and Bears) fans who were PISSED OFF until we were at least able to tune the game on our satellite feed. We fill our bar with a Pats fan club who were there SPECIFICALLY to watch the Pats game–ALL 60 MINUTES of it.
Has no one at CBS seen a team down in the first half come back to win? Did they MISS the Pats/Jets game in Week 2?
What the hell happened? Who said it was good idea to pull the plug, and do it part way into the 3rd quarter? How is that excusable?
LOL at everyone complainin about them switchin the pats/bears game….really?! U guys are really gettin mad that they switched from a 33 point game in the 2ND HALF to a more competitive game? A 33 POINT GAME?! Thats just ridiculous….it was clear that NE was the superior team that day and there was no way the bears would come back in that weather…and if somehow they did come back, CBS would have switched u right back to it…i wish they switched me to jets/dolphins but im in the chicago area so unfortunately they couldnt…u people need to be happy u got to watch a competitive game in the 2nd half and not complain that they left a 33 point game…THATS whats really unexcusable and unbelievable…ridiculous!
A bit late to this thread, but on Sunday afternoon I was at a football party at a friend’s house (just outside of Madison, WI) watching the Bears/Pats and really enjoying myself. Yes, I’m a Pats fan but there were a few Bears fans there and a whole bunch of Packer fans eager to see the outcome. Yes, the stupid local affiliate switched to Jets/Dolphins and the party just went flat after that. Why? This so-called “competitive” game was BORING. It was poorly-played football, plain and simple. Even the Bears fans who were there were pissed about the switch. We all agreed that the Powers That Be should have taken divisional rivals into account (i.e. Packers fans might also want to see how the game finished).
My 2 cents.
